MSHOnline is a simple to use web based tool that enables you to track progress against your strategy through its streamlined and easy to use web-based interface. The simple traffic light approach to reporting displays how your organisation is tracking against your KPIs.

Using MSHOnline for reporting is as simple as opening your web browser from anywhere in the world, at any time and completing your report using our intuitive “click and type” reporting interface. Entering data into a result sheet is simple and intuitive. For each measure, the measurement method and data sources are clearly outlined so the person completing the reporting knows exactly where to find the data and the reporting is consistent each month.

MSHOnline was designed to align with our strategy framework, and it is focused on enabling amazing discussions about progress against the strategy. The intention is for leadership teams to discuss the results sheets together and collectively agree solutions to keep strategic implementation on track.

Once a measure has been reported on, MSHOnline will automatically calculate whether this result is a green, orange or red traffic light. If the measure is set up to enable it, exceeding the measure can also award a gold star traffic light enabling you to recognise exceptional performance.

MSHonline rewards exceptional performance. Many reporting products only highlight mistakes and do not recognise business or personal successes. This results in managers treating reporting as a compliance exercise. But, MSHonline encourages managers to strive for excellence by both highlighting areas of concern alongside acknowledging exceptional performance.

Additionally a table is available to see the components of your reporting, which is a great tool for indicating who is accountable for components of measures

The reporting view will also show you results from the previous months. For example, the Graph view will show you a graph of how this measure has tracked against the target in the past. In this view you are able to easily look back on 12 months of results, so that you can use past reporting to inform your progress as you go.

MSHonline reporting can easily cascade results to multiple levels of your organisation. Your organisation’s structure forms the basis for the visible reporting lines, so every staff member can understand how their results help their manager’s results which achieves the strategy.

Each user can have individual access rights, opening up the entire business to everyone to promote greater awareness of the strategy or restricting your staff to only the information you deem critical to their job.
